Christopher Patrick DeMichele, 20, of Howell passed away at his residence on Friday, April 7, 2017. He was a lifelong resident of Howell. Christopher went to Howell High School where he played Lacrosse and Football. After high school, he went to Brookdale Community College and continued his love for football, he became a Pop Warner Coach where kids looked to him as a role model. Christopher was also an avid snowboarder. Christopher touched the hearts of everybody he came into contact with. He was loving and carefree and had a warm smile. The bond that he formed with his brother and sister will always remain and be forever cherished. If Christopher could leave with a quote, it would be “Change your mind, change your world”.
Christopher is survived by his parents, Patrick and Jodi DeMichele, of Howell; two siblings, Shaina DeMichele and Jason DeMichele, of Howell; Grandparents, Patrick and Jean DeMichele, of Leonia, and Marty and Lenore Reback, of Old Bridge; Uncle Matthew DeMichele and his partner, Tom Cali of Seaside Park; Aunt Amie Hillenbrand and her husband, Shawn of Byram; Aunt Stacey and her husband, Guy Calsetta of Sayerville; Aunt Sharon Ryan, of Shark River; an Uncle Dennis Ryan, of Tennessee; and many loving cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Interment will be private Memorial contributions in Christopher’s name may be made to a charity of your choice.
