Obituary for Rosemary D. Rogers (Orrico)

Rosemary D. Rogers, 71, of Jackson passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, September 1, 2016. Rosemary was born and raised in Jersey City, and had lived in Howell for 40 years before settling in Jackson. Rosemary was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who always put her family first. A genuinely good-hearted woman who loved everyone. Rosemary enjoyed playing bingo and trips to Atlantic City.
She is predeceased by her daughter, Renee Rogers in 1969 and her son, Robert Rogers in 2010. Rosemary is survived by her husband of 50 years, Stanley Rogers; two sons, Anthony and Kate Rogers of Jackson, and Michael and Theresa Rogers of Howell; a daughter-in-law, Kelly Rogers of Virginia; and seven grandchildren, Robbie, Nicky, Kaitlin, Courtney, Abbey, Mikey and Christian.
A Gathering of Friends will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with her funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM.
