Obituary for James Farrell

James Joseph “Jim” Farrell, 70, of Carbondale, PA passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Carbondale, PA and lived in Morristown, NJ before moving back to Carbondale in 2006. Jim was a United States Air Force veteran. A good guy, who was a handyman and enjoyed going to the shooting range, he worked as a salesperson for Roxbury Chrysler in Succasunna, NJ for 16 years.

Jim is survived by his fiancée, Doris Anderton of Howell; three children, Devin Farrell and his wife, Angela, Eric Farrell, and Dawn Farrell and her husband, Bruce all of Ohio; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:30 PM with his funeral service to follow.
