Santa  Biello
Santa Biello, 90, of Millstone Township, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, April 22, 2017. Santa was born in Newark and lived in Harrison, Newark, Woodbridge, and Lakewood before moving to Brandywine Assisted Living in Howell five years ago. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Macy’s in Newark for 24 years before retiring in the late seventies. She was a parishioner of The Church of St. Veronica, Howell. Santa enjoyed spending time in the garden, shopping at Macy’s, and loved cooking and baking cookies. She was passionate about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she adored.

Santa was predeceased by her parents, Carl and Lucy (Piemonte) Pennella and her husband, Anthony Vincent Biello, in 2001. Santa is survived by her two sons Nick Biello and his wife Deborah, of Davidsonville, MD, and Carl Biello and his wife Sharon of Naples, FL; four grandchildren, Natalie Biello and her husband Aaron, Andrew Biello and his fiance, Nadine Hacker, Nick Biello and his wife Rebecca, and Vincent Biello of Davidsonville, MD; as well as her four great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Harry, Tony, and Micah.


Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday April 24, 2017, from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 8:15 AM for the procession to her 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Church of St. Veronica, 4215 U.S. 9, Howell, NJ 07731.
