Condolence From: Gina Verdesco-Stebbins
Condolence: Diane, Michele & Stephanie, I remember your mother very well and the many years and laughs we shared while we were growing up. I always respected your mother and felt we had a special connection. 45 years ago, I certainly didn't realize what a true inspiration your mom would be to me - as I, too, am raising my children alone due to the death of my husband. It certainly is a very humbling and difficult road. Your mother did an amazing job of raising 3 intelligent, strong willed and independent women. May you terrific ladies be comforted by the great memories and legacy she leaves behind to others. May God Bless you all! With Much Love!

Condolence From: Johanna and Frank Huntowski
Condolence: Our sincere and heartfelt condolences. Chris was practically a member of the family during our years as neighbors in Howell. Our whole family simply loved her. Even after we moved to different locations, we made sure to see each other a few times a year to share family pictures and stories. She was a dear friend: kind, helpful, considerate and fun to be with. We will miss her.

Condolence: Michelle, Diane and Stephanie, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a big part of my childhood. I remember going to your house after school and your mom making liverwurst and butter sandwiches for me and teaching me songs. I also remember having fun in the pool, your mom keeping a close eye on our safety. Your mom taught me a lot about kindness and compassion, and she will always remain an important and influential person in my life. May good memories of her bring you peace during this time. Warmly, Lori

Condolence From: Hope (Soto) Chontofalsky
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to Michele, Diane, Stephanie and your entire family. Your mom was truly a very special person who always had a smile to share. I remember her returning from Germany with small Steiff animals for me and my sisters. This must have been in the early to mid 1970s. My lion was very special to me and I still have it today all these years later. I hope your memories provide some comfort during this difficult time.

Condolence: Diane, Stephanie and Michelle, I will always remember your mom as one of the strongest women I have ever met. She was so kind to me whenever I saw her, always happy and interested in me and my girls. I hadn't seen her in a few years but I know she remained a wonderful friend to my mother. She loved her very much! Their roots were similar and they were forever friends. My memories of her will always be close to my heart. My prayers are with you and your families.
