I always respected your mother and felt we had a special connection. 45 years ago, I certainly didn't realize what a true inspiration your mom would be to me - as I, too, am raising my children alone due to the death of my husband. It certainly is a very humbling and difficult road. Your mother did an amazing job of raising 3 intelligent, strong willed and independent women.
