Darlene Wiese, 67, of Manalapan passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Bayshore Hospital, Holmdel. She was born in Brooklyn and had lived there for most of her life before moving to Manalapan 27 years ago to raise her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Wiese in 2012; and her daughter, Tammy Wiese in 2013. Darlene is survived by her daughter, Toni Parsler and her husband, John of Sayreville; two grandchildren, Thomas and Malena Parsler of Sayreville; a brother, Anthony “Buster” Barbuto and his wife, Angela of Marlboro; two sisters, Elena Groenewold and her husband, Ralph of Manalapan, and Susan Terraghi and her husband, Joseph of Manalapan; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 to 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM funeral service on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
