Life Story for Elaine Egorow (Makaszow)

Elaine Egorow, 69, of Toms River passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at home. Elaine was born in Frankfort, Germany, raised in Union, NJ, and had lived in Cherry Point, North Carolina before settling to Toms River in 1970. She received her bachelor’s degree from Georgian Court University and had worked as a laboratory technician for Community Medical Center for over 47 years until her retirement in 2013. Elaine enjoyed needle point, crocheting, sewing and watching Netflix but she loved spending time with her family.
Elaine was predeceased by her husband, Eugene Egorow and a sister, Alicia Imperano. She is survived by her daughters, Irene Hoosack and her husband, Bob of Point Pleasant and Elizabeth Heinemeyer and her husband, Todd of Toms River; and her two grandsons, Dylan and Kyle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM Funeral Service at St. Mary's R.O. Church, 316 Cassville Road, Jackson, NJ on Monday, August 8, 2016. Interment will follow in St. Vladimir R.O. Cemetery, Jackson. Arrangements are under the direction of Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Elaine’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
