John "Johnny Boy"  Yeachshein, Jr.
JOHN YEACHSHEIN JR., 44, of MANALAPAN, died Sunday, July 20, at home. Mr. Yeachshein was born in Red Bank and was raised in and lived in Hillside before moving to Manalapan. He had a great love for music, poetry and drawing, but his greatest love was his daughters. He was an "A-Tech" auto body mechanic his whole life and was the prior owner of Ramsey Auto Body, Hillside.

He was predeceased by his father, John Yeachshein, Sr. in 1998. Surviving are two daughters, Ashley Lynn Diaz and Sabrina Ann Diaz, both of Manalapan; his companion of 16 years, Anna Diaz of Manalapan; his mother, Ann Bodnar Yeachshein of Manalapan; a brother, Michael Yeachshein of Wilmington, Vt.; two sisters, Donna Fiorenza of Union, and Suzanne McLean of Manalapan; a nephew, Brian; six nieces, Nicole, Kayla, Brittani, Samantha, Madison, and Jordan; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Friends and relatives may gather at 9 a.m. at the funeral home for the Rite of Committal, followed by his 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 58 Main St., Englishtown. Interment will follow in Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be made to The Valerie Fund, 300 Second Ave., Long Branch, NJ 07740.
