The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donald Ernst can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My Father-In-Law

I feel priviledged to have had Don give his wonderful daughter, Audrey, to me in marriage and for him to have been my father in law.  Inasmuch as Don and Bev lived in New Jersey and Auddiee and I were many miles away in Arizona I did not get to see him as much as I would have liked.  That being said, I will aways retain fond memories of Don and Bev's visits to Scottsdale and of the days we played golf together.  Don was an early riser and I always enjoyed visitng with him over morning coffee discussing politics, business, the past and the future.  I felt Don to be very intuitve and wise and I took his views to heart and he always gave me reason to respect his judgement.

I know how deeply Don loved his wife, children, and grandchildren and my heart and most sincere condolences go out to each of them. My two sons, Adam and Brad, are as forlorned over Don's passing as am I and we will all pray for his eternal spirit.

God bless the Ernst family.  Love, Chuck
