Obituary for Olgerd Yasinski

Olgerd Yasinski, 83, of Toms River passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Community Medical Center. Oleg was born in Russia, came to the U.S. in 1950, and had lived in Hillsdale and Oradell before moving to Toms River in 1995. For thirty-five years, he was a Sales Engineer for Serge Elevator Company, Woodbridge before retiring in 1995. Oleg was an avid chess player and was a member of the Toms River Chess Club.
Oleg is survived by his wife, Irene Yasinski; a son, Leonard Yasinski of Marshalls Creek, PA; and a daughter, Lydia Yasinski of Binghamton, NY.
Pannyhida will be held at St. Alexander Nevsky R.O. Church, 200 Alexander Avenue, Howell on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM funeral service at St. Alexander Nevsky R.O. Church on Thursday, March 27, 2014. Interment will follow in St. Vladimir’s R.O.
