I only learned of Bud's passing today. I was Director of Rate Counsel when Bud joined the Rate Counsel team. Bud was a fine person who really cared about the representation of the public. I remember him as a dedicated employee, and later as a colleague when I did consulting work for Rate Counsel. Thank you, Bud, for a job well done. You will be sorely missed by all.
