William George Shuster ("Bill")

Dear Beres Family, I am very, very sad to hear about Glen. I knew him well, and worked with him often, at JCK magazine. He was a serious, focused, well-prepared, hard-working professional journalist, and a very good writer and editor. I admired him for his writing expertise and ability to always deliver a thoroughly-researched, informative, well-written article. He wrote for many publications besides JCK and was known and respected for his skill, reliability, and professionalism. He had a genial nature, was easy to talk to and had a wide smile, especially when he spoke about his family, which obviously meant a great deal to him. He was a good and loving family man. His passing leaves a hole in the lives of all who knew him, and who will miss him very much, and of those, you most of all. I pray that the Lord, who wept with Lazarus’ sisters at his grave but promised He is the Resurrection and Life, will comfort and support you all today and in the coming days, weeks and months. And you will see him again. You are all in my prayers, With my sincere condolences.
